Columbia University MFA Summer Exhibition
feel that other day running underneath this one

July 10th - August 10th, 2018
Curated by Sara O'Keeffe, associate curator at the New Museum.

The Summer Show is a yearly off-campus exhibition of work by both first and second-year Columbia MFA Visual Arts students, allowing a rare snapshot of the program and future generations of artists while still within the walls of the educational institution. It is also a unique opportunity for community engagement with student work.

Last year’s show was curated by Anya Komar, director of Miguel Abreu Gallery, and took place at False Flag gallery. The show included various programming, such as spoken word and screening events, by students from other departments in Columbia’s School of the Arts.
